JULY AND AUGUST 2025 DISCOUNT: 5€ TO 10€ OFFER PER EACH NIGHT

The "Amirauté" is a 45 square meters apartment located downtown Honfleur. It offers a panoramic sight on the water and the Normandy bridge.

You will find 3 car parks: one right down the building (parmeter), another one (free) 100 yards away and a third one 200 yards away (4€/24 hours).

It has been entirely renovated: furniture, bedding, linens, houseware and kitchen utensils.

Everything has been thought for your comfort and the Amirauté is a very bright place. It is on the third floor of a building with an elevator and an intercom.

The apartment is made of:
- A living-room with a large sofa bed, a large flat TV screen, a DVD player and a large choice of DVDs.
On the coffee table, you willl find books, magazines and brochures on what to do and where to go in Honfleur and its surroundings.

- Wi-Fi, Internet access

- The bedroom has a new bedding and the bed is: 1m60 x 2m00.
The curtains are blackout curtains to make your dreams sweet.

- A fully equipped kitchen.
Washing machine, dryer, dish-washer, oven, micro-wave, 2 coffee machines, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer.

- A bathroom with a shower, a sink and a blow-dryer.

- All sheets and linens are provided.

Check-in time: 2:00pm-7:00pm
Check-out time: 11:00am

There is a 40€ package cleaning and linen fee not included.

WHAT TO DO IN HONFLEUR?

It's best to visit Honfleur by foot.
Take a stroll in the historic center of the town, with its typical buildings and its old cobblestone.
Go inside the wooden built church Sainte-Catherine, look at all the art galleries and the 'grenier à sel' (salt attic).

Remember to visit Eugène Boudin museum and 'maison Satie'.

For your meals, there is a very wide variety of bars and restaurants (over a hundred).

If you like nature and butterflies, you can also visit the Naturospace or just walk through le 'jardin des personalités'.
And of course, there is the beach....

Not far away: swimming-pool, golf, horseback riding, boat tours are avalaible.

A LITLE FURTHER: heading West you will find Trouville-sur-mer and its fish market and restaurants, Deauville, its casino and the famous boardwalk "les planches", Houlgate, Villers-sur-mer, Cabourg.. and the Landing beaches.

Heading East, you will find Le Havre, Etretat and its famous cliffs, Dieppe and its harbor.

The property was beautiful and in a really good location, it was easy to get around and in walking distance of everything. On arrival Helene explained everything in detail and there really wasn't anything we could want for - except maybe a hand sink in the separate toilet. We didn't like walking through and touching 3 doors to wash our hands. Honfleur is stunning and such a wonderful place for a short break.

Wonderful Stay

Could not have found a better place to stay in Honfleur. The apartment was within walking distance of dozens of excellent restaurants, two convenience stores, banks, and museums. The view from our window overlooked the harbour and the Normandy bridge. Helene was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days.

It is a very nice apartment, everything was there. A great bed. Close to the center of Honfleur. Helen is involved and nice with good tips. The wifi was moderate. We also did not know about the 40 euros extra for cleaning when booking.

Honfleur Magic

This property is exactly what you see - very clean, close to the action, and free parking nearby if needed. Helene has a very detailed orientation that addresses every issue. And the community is magical. There is no wonder artists have gathered here for years.

Perfect base in Honfleur

The apartment is perfectly placed for an enjoyable holiday. It is a short stroll to the old harbour and all shops and restaurants are easily accessible. The apartment is very easy to find, right by the Mercure Hotel, and there is free parking a few metres away. The owners are very accommodating and we found all communication ahead of and during our stay to be very helpful and professional. The apartment is of a good size and the bed is comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need to self cater. We would certainly return if we visit Honfleur again and have no hesitation in recommending.

The place was very convenient to everything we wanted. Honfleur is an amazing town. We were within walking distance to everything we needed. If I had to point out some critiques, it was noisy, which we were aware of when we booked and it is in what we in the states call a ‘strip mall’ and it felt a little commercial. I did feel I needed to pre-wash the flatware and drinking glasses. Maybe I am too picky. However, we were comfortable and we were not in the apartment for long periods of time. It had a good connection for WiFi.

Les vacances commencent avec l'accueil chaleureux d'Hélène, une hôte aux petits soins. Elle nous montre l'appartement qui est charmant et bien équipé.Elle nous conseille de bons restaurants, magasins et lieux à visiter...L'appartement est cosy, le lit est très confortable, nous avons passé des nuits reposantes, la vue est agréable et la décoration est soignée.L'appartement est équipé de tout ce qu'il faut et tout y est fonctionnel.Le petit plus, qui était très important pour nous, Jazz, notre golden retriever, était le bienvenu et a été accueilli par Hélène avec plein de caresses et a de suite reçu de l'eau.En bref, une semaine reposante qui nous a fait beaucoup de bien.Nous recommandons cet endroit et remercions chaleureusement Hélène pour sa joie de vivre et son attitude si agréable à notre égard.

Très bon séjour à Honfleur. 2 jours sans voiture grâce à la location située à proximité de tout. Visites à pied : centre ville, port, jardin des célébrités, naturospace... Juste un petit bémol concernant la circulation très présente en centre ville.

Merci à Daniel et Hélène pour leur accueil !Daniel nous a donné plein d'informations intéressantes de visites à effectuer, de restaurants à fréquenter et des indications pour le stationnement...Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Honfleur. L'appartement est très bien situé, nous avons effectué tous nos déplacements à pied. Il y a un mini-market à proximité. L'appartement est bien équipé, il y a tout le nécessaire pour manger sur place (même un lave vaisselle), le linge de toilettes, les draps...A noter qu'il y a des rideaux occultants dans la chambre.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'hésiterons pas à revenir chez Daniel et Hélène :-)
