The room and reception areas are decorated tastefully, every staff member I interacted with was lovely and they were attentive in replacing toiletries and water when they were about to be used up. I had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the well ACd room.

Location is 3 stations from the centre. Helpful staff. The condition of the room clean generally. Certain rooms’ windows won’t open: all is via central ventilation. Thus at places it could have accumulated much dust: behind the TV, on the window sill etc. Even a bit of mould aroubd the sink in the bathroom. But the staff was quick to help us once asked. It’s just off the Ap Lei Chau Main Street, where are located many eateries of different tastes. The hotel gives welcome voucher for drinks in the cafe just next to it, which does excellent coffee and Italian pasta, with freshly prepared sauces in house.

The only problem is the design of the bathroom. Easy to keep flooding on floor in bathroom after shower. No luggage rack is another issue for the visitors to pack and unpack the luggage, I have to put my luggage on bed to pack and unpack. Staffs are friendly so far to provide service.

Wir hatten für 3 Personen ein Vierbettzimmer für 15 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück gebucht und haben uns ganz wohl gefühlt. Gewohnt haben wir in der 16. Etage. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, Hand- Duschtücher regelmäßig gewechselt. Das Frühstück hätte vielleicht etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Es wurde uns aufs Zimmer gebracht, da im Hotel keine Räumlichkeiten dafür vorhanden waren. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns gute Tipps für unsere Tour nach Macau gegeben.

Reasonable price for service apartment hotel, the location is good and lots convenient stores and restaurants. The room and bed were a bit small. They have small boxes of breakfast sandwiches every morning when you to request them. You can refill your water if you need it.
