Alternatively, venture one block east, and you`ll discover a tranquil expanse of nature and peaceful beachside communities and parks stretching for miles.

While there are numerous restaurants within walking distance, should you prefer to cook your own meals, we provide a convenient hot plate for your simple cooking needs.

This place has a dedicated parking stall so theres no need to panic for your overnight parking needs. Reach the places cars cannot, by walking or bicycling to all these special spots (happy to point them out to you upon request). You will soon realize how much Hawaii is liberating when you don’t have to worry about parking.

🤙 Island Etiquette & Essentials
Remove Shoes at the Door: As we say in the islands, “Please take off your shoes.” Leaving footwear by the entryway helps keep island sand and dirt out of your living space.

Do Not Feed the Birds: Please do not feed birds or leave food on the lanai. Pigeons are homing creatures and will return if food sources are available. Note: An additional cleaning fee will be assessed if excessive bird droppings require special cleanup.

Lanai Etiquette: Please do not hang towels, clothes, or any items over the lanai railing at any time per building regulations.

Sand Removal: Please shake off sand and rinse off all beach equipment thoroughly before bringing gear back into the condo or building.

🍽️ Kitchen & Plumbing Guidelines
Garbage Disposal: Please do NOT put eggshells, bones, coffee grounds, or excessive foodstuffs down the garbage disposal to prevent motor damage and clogs.

Drain Care: Please keep long hair out of the sink and shower drains. Clogged drains cause plumbing backups.
