The room was clean. The pillows a little stiff but overall pretty good for a good price. The pool is little but it’s enough to just enjoy a dip. The store was a nice addition. Very nice people everywhere on the property. The staff was super wary and accommodating. Will stay here again.

We often stay at the Pagoda because of its convenient location to the medical centers I frequently must visit. It has been renovated and upgraded that's noticeable from the older decor. The lobby sofas and chairs were a bit soiled. Amenities are good especially the breakfast voucher. It's not a free breakfast but more than a generous availability. There was hallway noise but subsided within 20 minutes.

The lobby is open air and captures the feeling of Hawaii with the trade winds keeping it cool. It is air conditioned in the rooms. The new decore is very nice both in the rooms and the lobby. We used the little swimming pool often both to swim or to sit beside to read or chat. There is lovely landscaping with waterfalls and koi ponds that you can meander through on your way to the excellent breakfast that the hotel provides for your stay. The staff is excellent! They will address any need or concern you might have. There is a little convenience store that has a outstanding assortment of ramen noddles and a machine to cook it all up. The location is near restaurants and stores galore. The Pagoda is also near Ala Moana Beach Park which is a beautiful location for swimming, walking or watching the sunset. Although the Pagoda is in a city location it provides an oasis of calm and beauty.

Previously stayed here before the big overhaul was completed. It's much better now! Though the convenience store on site was closed, it wasn't much of a detriment. There's plenty of stores in walking distance, and the mall is as well. Well worth the price per night, give the new Pagoda a go!

Staff was friendly, Room seemed clean until we went to sleep. Top sheet smelled like urine. Called front desk and someone came and replaced the bedding with clean sheets. Called front desk for a microwave, was quoted $5.00 per day, Requested microwave never showed up. Parking wasn't a problem if you were willing to walk a little.

Staff was outstanding. The hotel and location were not. There were multiple homeless and druggies hanging out around the facility. My daughter was terrified to leave the room. We ended up paying an extra four hundred dollars to stay at a different hotel.

The Pagoda Hotel isn't a fancy resort, but it is a solid place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel provided a coupon for two for breakfast, $5 each, and it was delicious. Staff was extremely kind. I had experienced a family emergency and had to extend me stay. Debbie, kept an eye open all day to see if she could snag my room so I wouldn't have to move. This kind of Aloha can only be found in Hawaii. Her willingness to go out of her way to help me will never be forgotten. I will continue to choose Pagoda on my future trips.
