The Staff is THE BEST! Specially Will, Lance and Hee helped us during this stay but pretty much every employee was always with a smile and a greeting.

It’s very clean, and the staff is wonderful. The bathroom is spacious, and its entrance is located away from the beds, so you won’t disturb anyone if you need to use it during the night.

Overall the experience was good. Check in was easy. Room was ready and rooms are up to date with new design/ colors. However, the walls of the rooms are thin and we could hear our neighbors. Front desk was prompt to get the noise down once we called them. Parking is not easy to find so valet in only option.

Customer service was great. Everyone was friendly, and the hotel room was clean. The bed was a bit stiff, which took some time to get used to; otherwise, I was very pleased.

Hotel was nice. Loved the reusable water bottles and refill stations. Also being able to send text messages to the front desk was super helpful on more than one occasion during our stay. Enjoyed the cabanas at the pool on our last day before heading to the airport.
