Loved everything except for the money grab- first two rows of every pool lounger had to pay to utilise. Often no loungers were available so we had to sit on different patios around if we wanted. There was no real place to sit and watch my kids unless I was in the water.

Great stay. Stunning pools, direct access to the beach. Cleaning staff is exceptional, kept our room super clean all the time. Just wish pool area had more shade, so bring your attachable umbrella if you don't want to pay for the upgraded seating.

Liked the central location. And the two pools and the coffee shop. Housekeeping was amazing and helpful. Bar drinks were lovely. Didn’t like that the bathroom door didn’t lock (broken?). Elevators usually very crowded.

Exceeded expectations. Food exceptional. Staff friendly and courteous. Easy to navigate which is rare in a big hotel. Room very nice and clean, but has very limited closet space. Lots of shopping and numerous restaurants nearby, some steps away. Luxury Row Shops across the street.

Our stay was great except our room we originally reserved was not available. We were upgraded to a higher floor with oceanfront view however my husband & I had to sleep in separate beds.. double bed. The beds were uncomfortable for me. I woke up with sore back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Waikiki! The views were beautiful, and the location was fantastic—everything we wanted to do in Waikiki was within walking distance. Our lower-floor oceanfront room made getting around easy, with very little elevator waiting. The pools were a highlight, and the waterslide was so much fun! Our reserved chaise lounge at the Edge pool was worth it: close to the water, plenty of shade, and great service. We watched turtles swimming around while in the infinity pool. HinaHina was great for both breakfast and lunch. We also loved the market for snacks, drinks, and Spam musubi—it was open early until late. Fresh towels and housekeeping were readily available, and the water and ice stations on each floor were convenient. Netflix and HBO in the room were a nice bonus. The ability to do laundry at the hotel once during our stay was also helpful. We ended up rescheduling our beach-chair reservation because of wind, but it ended up being more practical to have a separate pool day anyways. Plenty of chairs available even if you do not pay for reserve. We felt very safe with our items or having my nephew play at the kid’s pool while we were at the adult pool. Overall, a wonderful stay with beautiful views, fun pools, and an excellent location. We would happily return!

家族で3泊4日宿泊しました。 2歳前の子供がおり、どこのホテルにしようか悩んでいたところ、友人家族がこちらに泊まって良かったとのことで選びました。 早朝にハワイに着いたのですが、早い時間帯にも関わらず子供がいるのでアーリーチェックインさせてくださりました。 結婚5周年の旅だったのですが、お部屋をオープンラナイ・オーシャンビューのお部屋にしてくださり、終始綺麗な海を眺めることができ、心遣いに感動しました。 下にローソンがあったり、ランドリーや電子レンジがあり本当に便利です。 プールも子供用があり、子供が大喜びでした。 おかげさまで思い出深いハワイ旅行になりました！また利用させていただきます。
