Hotel amenities like the Flo-Water Station, vending machines, and a paid laundry service on the P3 floor are also at your disposal as well as a laundry room.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT)
Check-in takes place at the Front Desk. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
All guests must complete the Emergency Data Sheet (EDS) and submit it before arrival, or provide it to the front desk at check-in.
The check-in agent will:
Verify your ID with the EDS form
Issue 2 room keys
Complete your registration (required on the day of arrival)
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & SERVICES
This unit is independently owned and managed. It is not part of the hotel program, which means:
No daily housekeeping
No towel/linen exchanges
No hotel front desk services beyond check-in and check-out only
Maid service is available for a fee—please inquire if you`d like to schedule cleaning.
Guests have access to all building amenities.
INTERNET & WIFI
Each unit has its own WiFi cable modem, located near the TV. The SSID and password are printed on the modem (case-sensitive).
If WiFi is not connecting:
Restart the modem by unplugging and replugging it
Lobby & pool areas offer free shared WiFi.
MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
Your unit is thoroughly cleaned before arrival and again after departure.
If you notice anything that needs attention, please notify us within 48 hours of arrival so we can correct it.
Additional cleaning services are available with 24-hour notice (fees apply).
SMOKING POLICY (STRICT)
The Palms Waikiki is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed:

Violation fines range from $250–$500.
CLOTHING & LAUNDRY ITEMS
For building appearance and safety:
Clothing, towels, or laundry may not be hung from lanais, windows, or doorways
These items must not be visible from outside the unit
FIRE SPRINKLER SAFETY
Nothing may be hung from or attached to fire sprinklers. Tampering may cause severe water damage.
Guests are liable for all damages resulting from sprinkler interference.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
The following may not be stored in common areas or visible from lanais:
Surfboards
Boogie boards
Mopeds
Bicycles
Trash bags
Personal items of any kind
Items left in common areas may be removed at your expense.
AIR CONDITIONING
To ensure proper function and avoid energy waste:
DO NOT run A/C while lanai doors are open
Slider doors must be fully closed for A/C to activate
Use the remote control (located near TV) for temperature settings
Do not set temperature below 72°F
Always turn off A/C when leaving the unit
Some slider doors may require slight adjustment until you hear a beep, indicating they are fully closed.
POOL & FITNESS ROOM ACCESS

Please follow all posted pool rules.
CHECK-OUT CLEANING REQUIREMENTS
Before departing, please:
Remove all trash and place it in the trash room on P-level floors
Leave the unit tidy to avoid additional charges
Failure to comply may result in a $60+ cleaning fee.
This home is our second home—mahalo for treating it with care.
SAND & SHOWER ETIQUETTE
Before entering the unit or shower:
Remove sand from your legs, feet, clothing, pockets, and towels
Shake out towels outside the lobby area
Sand damages plumbing and appliances—your care is appreciated.
TV INSTRUCTIONS
All Palms Waikiki units use the same cable system. Most TV issues occur when the incorrect input is selected. Follow the TV instruction sheet exactly.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
A laundry room is located on Parking Level P-3 (P-32). Please notify us of any linen damage—fees may apply.
