No room service unless 5+ days staying: i do not think they told this infor on booking website, even at check in……The entire time can not open the balcony doors: because the heavy outside cooking smell( the bedroom felt like slept in a kitchen) the AC and street noise. Worse than a 2 star hotel

Great place to stay

They were very accommodating when we asked to check in a few minutes early, when we requested a portable crib, and when we asked about places to eat. They also offered to valet our car from around the street and carry up our luggage.

This hotel was perfect, conveniently located to everything! Walking distance to eateries, shopping and the beach. The staff was friendly and nice, the hotel is a little old but nevertheless clean and accommodating. We enjoyed the Palm room with a Murphy bed and 2 bathrooms. This was perfect as it was 4 of us total. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Great location, nothing is quiet in the city. Staff very helpful & friendly. We arrived very early before check in and were about to sit down rest, get changed and refreshed even through our room was ready. We did get an earlier check in about 2:30pm so that was awesome. Building is showing its age but is clean and functional.

The elevators were being maintained while we were there for the entire time making the waits to leave your floor long. The beds were hard but the area is lovely and the staff are fantastic.

Room was nice and clean. We got the bayon room. It was comfortable for me and my husband it had like a kitchen area but no stove need to let staff know if you want a hot plate to cook. The hotel is 45 years old, so the style is a little bit outdated, but the staff was really attentive and nice. It is also five minute walk to Waikiki Beach and near Waikiki shopping.
