  • This newly refurbished lake cottage “Both Oars Inn” is the perfect location for your family up north adventures. Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, double lakeside hammock, large fire pit area, 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, large private deck with gas fire pit, 140 feet of private lake frontage, games and puzzles including corn hole.
    Little Platte Lake is known for its fishing, kayaking and wildlife. Nearby, downtown Honor, offers a great choice of restaurants and a well stocked grocery store with an extensive wine selection. Explore the neighboring towns of Beulah (11 minute drive) and Frankfort (22 minute drive) for a variety of restaurants and shopping experiences. Take the kids for a day out to the Crystal Lake Alpaca farm (16 minute drive)! Visit Lake Michigan’s Peterson's Beach, just 10 minutes drive.
    Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park is within 20 minutes drive. Don't forget to check out the scenic, Betsy Valley bike trail, from Beulah to Frankfort. Champion Hill Golf Course is 8 minutes drive. Extra kayaks available for rent at Riverside Canoes, 5042 N Scenic Hwy. A five minute drive from the cottage, (2.9 miles).
