"I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Santhi and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The property was unclean and poorly maintained, with visible mold and cockroaches in multiple areas. The food hygiene was unacceptable — I found dead flies in the meal that was served, and the breakfast buffet had fruits infested with ants and flies.

"The staff are very friendly. There's cheap laundry service and they help you rent a scooter for a good price. There's a nice gym on the second floor. The rooms are not very modern and clean and are a bit dark. The neighborhood isn't the best as it's in Denpasar so expect a lot of traffic and local businesses nearby. "

"Nice apartment comfortable beds. Kitchen facilities were basic no washing liquid. There was a lot of mosquitos so we had to buy mosquito spray. Staff were so helpful to help us buy dinner food, arrange for transport the next day. Everyone was friendly and kind to help us. "

"Very comfortable and charming villa with a wonderful private pool with 2 fountains. Big bed, although very close to ground. Nice kitchen/living room. Very quiet. Staff very helpful and room was very clean. Near the beach and many beach restaurants. Main town street in walking distance. Great place to base yourself for day trips. "It was decent for the price, definitely last resort but not the worst. It’s in a secluded back street so it’s difficult to find sometimes. Always noisy from machines or pluming. Bring your own towels because they give old bad smelling ones. The people who work there r very nice and helpful and the wifi is great "

"Honestly I needed a place to stay last minute the staff were nice enough but the room was absolutely disgusting. As someone who has stayed in hostels they have always been much nicer than this it was truly disgusting. "

"Lovely Hotel in a great location. The suite room was a great size and was very clean. It was a bit warn so probably due an uplift soon. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good, lots of choices and all the staff were very friendly. Great pool area with lovely views. You won’t be disappointed having a stay here. "
"I loved this property, cute, quaint, cultured, and the staff were amazing. Boutique style hotel, colorful and cultured. I enjoyed the amenities for example the free yoga class twice a day, the Jamu cooking class, which is an Indonesian drink. The breakfast was awesome, kits of varitey. The hotel offered theme nights like barbecue on the rooftop with live music. I can’t say enough great things about this property, the laundry service was amazing.. the only draw was these little bugs/ants that came I’m assuming from the rain, but they moved my room immediately and treated the rooms. I didn’t have any more issues after that and really enjoyed my stay. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was. It reminded me of a family ran boutique style hotel with all these little intricate details that made them stand out from other places. Definitely would go back and recommend."
