"Amazing Place! The hotel and grounds were absolutely wonderful. The room was big and clean, staff was welcoming. "

"very noisy, you could hear staff radio very early in the morning making a lot of noise"

"Staff are service excellent "

"Our room was unbearably hot. Imposible to sleep. Front desk’s response was that the city was unusually warm. Restaurant was very uneven, could be rated a 1 or a 5 depending on the day or meal."

"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. "
