"Hotel is good for short term business trip. When travel with family, room can be small even with connected room. There was not much space to open the mid to large size suitcase. Generally, fair price for the convenience of travelling and short stop over at Osaka. Staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel has a business lodging like atmosphere."

"This hotel was conveniently located across from the train station and near a convenience store. Our room was small, but very clean with separate toilet and shower areas. There was a wonderful welcome center on the third floor that offered a variety of drinks during the day which was an added benefit. The hotel also had many extra toiletries offered if needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend!"

"This hotel was conveniently located. It is connected to both the Osaka and Umeda stations, and is right beside a shopping mall, Uniqlo and Yodobashi Camera. We used their laundry facility which was very convenient. I wanted to give it a perfect score but when we checked in, there was a drop/stain on the toilet seat that they may have forgotten to wipe. We checked in late and we were so tired that we just decided to let it go and we don’t really like to complain too. Otherwise, great hotel and quick check in and out. Wonderful view, too! Saw the city and water views which were a plus. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is a very convenient hotel to stay at. It's 1 minute away from the train station, and it's surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The staff is very kind and willing to support as needed. "The staff were very helpful. The kitchenette were fully equipped with utensils to cook small meals. The laundry facility in the room was great too. Though it is within walking distance to the train station, the shuttle bus service is a bonus especially on rainy/sunny days or when there are alot of bags to carry. Will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip."
