"The resort is excellent! We stayed here for two nights to celebrate my child’s 8th birthday. Robyn checked us in and she was so kind. We got an upgrade to a bedroom suite and when I told her my daughter was on the spectrum, she went above and beyond to communicate with my child. She even put a note on our file to let pool attendants know she would not be wearing a pool bracelet. The room was spacious and clean. Only issue is getting a lounger. That was annoying. But, it motivated us to stay in the water (pool and ocean) for longer and we made use of the cubbies to store our beach bag. Valet were very friendly! We had a great stay!"

"Excellent vacation spot, excellent host! The condo was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. We lived on the lanai because of the breeze and the stunning view. I truly appreciated the host's communication throughout the rental process, especially during a severe weather event. The pools were lovely and the property is within walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and resorts. Afternoon Dole whip at Aulani and dinner at the Four Seasons became our daily ritual. There was just one exception to an otherwise fabulous property that was absolutely beyond the host's control: a few of the front lobby and security staff were noticeably and consistently rude to guests. Several of the concierge staff were lovely, but the good did not, unfortunately, outweigh the bad. We didn't dare ask another question after having a front desk team member roll their eyes and curtly respond when we inquired about gate access after 9 p.m. We watched and cringed with several other guests' interactions throughout our stay that were as simple as questions about directions or where to find recycling bins. While I was waiting in the lobby, two of the security team made fun of a family that just checked out. Again, this did not for one second take away from how wonderful the condo was, but it did add a bit of an uncomfortable vibe to the complete experience. Stunning views, great location, excellent communication from host- we will be back! We just will avoid the lobby as much as possible."

"Check in was fast and easy. They offer it on the app too. I didn't try it. I highly recommend using valet. It is the same cost as regular daily parking. You can just add tips for staff. We were there for 6 days and want to return for more! Plenty of fun crafts for everyone. Most are additional cost. The luau is a must! Food was ok, but entertainment was top notch as with everything Disney. Every single staff member we came across was super friendly, just like Disney standard has always been. They could use larger shopping area and not repeat the same items as they do in two of the stores. The food at all the restaurants was top notch. You also have to try the shaved ice with the works! I suggest renting a cabana when you go to the beach. Comfy and worth every penny! Buy the reusable cup right when you get there. It is free refills on coffee, tea, soft drinks, or water all throughout your stay. Pool wristbands are changed daily. I suggest heading down the night before to avoid the line. Rooms are full of bathroom amenities. No water bottles. Very pricey so get your money's worth!!"

"Unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware. Unit comes with only a compact parking space and had to pay 25 for a standard space to fit my car in , which is trivial but seems a bit ridiculous.No cleaning products other than dishwasher and Dawn and laundry detergent were available in unit, bought some cleaners for our stay."

"Great location! Just minutes away from the beach, the pool and Ko Olina golf course. The property management team was very accommodating. The condo had a beautiful view from the balcony and was the perfect size for 4 adults. The entire condo was very clean. The kitchen was fully supplied with utensils and appliances which gave us an option to stay in and cook a meal.This was our second time staying at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina, and would stay there again. Thank you"

"We have stayed here previously. Four times total—two in this condo—two in a different unit. This is an immaculately clean and phenomenally well kept apartment/condo. The owner, Paul, is wonderful and very proud of this home. The location can not be beat, Even if you do nothing and just sit outside you will be transformed. We had some issues with the AC but I am sure that will be or has been fixed. The bad is really two fold: the staff of the “resort” are just not nice nor accommodating. You are clearly bothering them by checking in. Since I stayed here before, I knew better than to ask them for anything—that was never going to work. The tone is set from the moment you check in—to all the threatening signs. Not to mention the overlord patrols the staff would go on. What was better before was the property management that oversees the home. Let’s just say I would not put them in the helpful category. This is a real shame because Paul is so responsive and so attentive. I do not think they represent him well. Would I stay here again? Yes, based on the location, condition of the home, the owner, I think it is worth it. The views are worth the frustration and feeling like you have intruded on the property."
