The staff at the reception and the other areas (accounting, security, restaurant) were very helpful. Very close to the pool and the beach. I would reccoment adding a night light and some hooks ...

A lot of really nice local restaurants, people are so friendly. Not a big village though so it's best to get money (1 ATM that doesn't work great) and some supplies from the larger cities. There are options, but limited.

Pretty sleepy town, but they know which side their bread is buttered on. Locals are friendly and not at all hostile to tourists.

We stayed three days at the Muy'Ono and three days at the Jaguar Reef at the other end of Hopkins. Jaguar Reef is a much more sophisticated resort and had better food, beach and living quarters.
