"The property itself is really nicr, but the restaurant was incredibly disappointing, and the staff — while friendly — were not remotely knowledgeable about the area or the hotel itself. How late is the hot tub open? “Great question, no idea.” Can we get a second ice bucket? “Not sure if we can do that.” Where is there a nice walking trail nearby? “I think the closest one is like 40 minutes away.” (Spoiler: there were multiple within 5-10 min) So if you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to stay and don’t intend to eat on property or ask the staff any questions, this is the place for you!"

"Beautiful grounds. No restaurant open on-site Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. A bit puzzling for an operation as large as it portrays itself to be. Staff were very pleasant. Would stay there again if in the area."

"The Horizon Room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. While many of the inn's rooms have convenient direct access from the free parking lot, the Horizon Room felt more like a traditional hotel room. It was located in a bright, well-lit foyer, which gave the area a more upscale, welcoming atmosphere. The staff truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciated their kindness and customer service."

"We arrived kind of late and really wanted some tea. Marguerita behind the front desk offered to boil us some in her own kitchen and then brought it out for us. Super sweet and thoughtful after a long drive. The next morning the kind Russian speaking owner gave us another kind gesture that he did NOT have to do. Great energy in this place, beautiful views and the room was romantic, clean and functional. We’ll be back!"
