"In overall, the hotel is nice, the host is great and oding it's best to help and support the customers. The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel. Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity, wifi - very poor access. and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com. bottom line - will advise to find something else, evern closer to the city center."

"Die Lage ist super, allerdings sind die 4 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt. Sämtliche Türen quietschen, sodass man die Zimmernachbarn hört. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel recht hellhörig. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts (1 Woche) wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt inkl. des Badezimmers. Im Bad sammelte sich der Staub und der Schimmel (an der Decke und in der Dusche). "We had a wonderful five-night stay! The building is exceptionally well-designed and the proximity to all the major ski centers is a huge plus. Having access to a secure, closed parking space was a fantastic bonus. The spa facilities were both pristine and relaxing. Our only minor note for future guests is that the TVs do not have internet connectivity; however, we simply used our laptops to stream our favorite shows. Overall, a great experience!"

"Building is absolutely beautiful and in good condition. Rooms are clean and perfunctory. Pillows a little crappy, but the vibe overall is fab. The front desk staff are particularly delightful, and it really does affect ones stay. The grounds are fun to explore, and you can really feel the history. Plus I do love some original wainscoting and old world wooden elements that are property preserved."

"It was our first time at this Palace. Beautiful place with wonderful amenities and great staff. We had a room in a Palce which was very clea, big and very nicely decorated. Food in the restaurants was delicious. The best breakfast we had so far. We used their swimming pool and sauna to relax. Highly recommend."
