"the location is convenient for canary wharf and excel. The entrance and downstairs rooms are impressive. However upstairs the bedroom I stayed in on level 4 was very tired, As were the corridors. But the room was clean and well equip and the staff in the restaurants and front desk were very good. "

"We stayed for 2 nights, location was easy for tube and walking to London Zoo via Primrose Hill. We were lucky to be on 4th floor with a fantastic view of the city. We found the bed a bit firm, but the staff went above and beyond to add a duvet to soften the bed and also gave extra pillows. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again."
