"We reserved a room with a queen size bed but there was only a full size bed. They moved us to room with a queen. Our new room did experience a clogged bathroom sink. They did extend us a credit."

"Excited to experience a great stay at this hotel, sadden to realize that the experience would not be what we had hoped. We never received maid service for the entire stay, even though, we saw the maid right next door to us on our way out. We did not have a privacy sign on our door, so as you can imagine we were shocked and slightly annoyed that our room had not been attended to once we returned from exploring all day. We later found out that there was shooting in the lobby days before we arrived. The AC was janky in the room. I sweated all through the night. Overall, it’s sad that the amazing views, the walkability to many things to see and do was over shadowed by the lack of attentiveness on that of the maid service."

"The hotel was very nice, very quiet, even though it was near the airport, the rooms were beautifully done, and the best were very comfy My only complaint was the shuttle waiting over an hour at the airport to get it to pick me up. That was a hassle. But the shuttle driver and the hotel staff were very friendly and very kind.!"

"I liked the hotel overall, but I wish the tv was updated. It’s 2026 and the tv was not a smart tv and had local channels only. This turned me off as a customer and I probably wouldn’t stay again due to that. I left my MacBook and iPad at home thinking the hotel at least had Netflix, but nope! Major turn off smh"

"The hotel is conveniently located not far from City Hall. It was university graduation time while I was there which made for a lively crowd and a very busy foyer at times. The staff was efficient but not overly friendly and maintenance issues took more than 24 hours to be addressed. The room was spacious but showing its age a little. The bed was huge and quite comfortable but the air-conditioning unit and fridge were so noisy that I needed to turn them off in order to sleep. I was a bit concerned that a room overlooking Broad Street would be too noisy for a light sleeper as the windows are not double glazed, but with the electrical items turned off, it was reasonably quiet on the 15th floor. The gym is one of the better ones I’ve seen in a hotel, with lots of weights options and a few machines. It was great having chilled water in the foyer available at all times given the hot weather."
