"The sink in the room had a really bad leak when we got there, they where trying to move us to another room that night but it didn’t have the ocean view which I had paid for so I told them no. When I went downstairs to inform them of what was going on the maintenance person just knocked on the door one time and didn’t wait for anybody to answer.
