"The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. However the room is quite old and there is nothing happening at the hotel. No laundry machine, no vending machine. Guests are required to come back to the hotel by 11pm everyday as the main door will be closed by then. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. You can either choose breakfast at 8 or 8:30am. Also there’s nothing around the hotel, please make sure if the location is fine for your itinerary ."

The entire hotel maintains a sort of romantic vintage feeling but has completely updated bathrooms and every sort of modern amenity one could need. "本当の軽井沢ではないですが、雰囲気や気候は確実に軽井沢の隠れ家的なホテルです。 北欧風をコンセプトにしているようにスタイリッシュでシンプルで広々とした空間です。 野菜が自慢のレストランだけあって、野菜がおいしいです。野菜が入ったソーセージやスープが絶品でした。 今回はお部屋にサウナが付いているタイプを選んだのですが、ドアのタイプが以前東京で事故があった取っ手のタイプだったので、ちょっと怖かったです。あと非常ボタンもなかったように思います。 ベッドは広々でぐっすり眠れました。 子連れで予約すると階段の転落防止柵が取り付けてあり、助かりました。 アメニティーは充実していて ドライヤーはRifa です。 お風呂は追い焚きができるタイプです。 13:00チェックアウトなので 忙しくなければゆったりできます。"
