Staff was very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to several requests. Room was a bit outdated but several updates had been made- new flooring & bath fixtures. Bed very comfortable. “Mountain View” a bit limited. Location was great and very convenient. Room very quiet.

I was able to hear the TV and voice’s from the room next door. There was no remote in my room. The bathroom walls were 2 colors, like someone started to paint it and stopped. The gentleman checking me in was friendly.

Good and simple

It is puzzling to see three lamps without bulbs. The room is neat with older decorations. It would be excellent if the room is brighter. The window view was the best

though this is an older property, it is obvious the owners are trying to keep it up. the room is newly painted, the parking lot is brand new. The beds were very comfortable and everything very clean. We had a 2 bed unit, and it came with a full kitchen! I definitely would return here and recommend it.

I didn’t like that the floor around the toilet was soft like it had water damage. You could visibly see it sunk in. And there were some small worms by the toilet. I liked that it looked clean and smelled clean.

Had a good stay. Room looked at the mountains. King bed was comfy. place a bit older. our bathroom shower was new but rest of bathroom could use upgrade. staff was super accommodating. was looking for drink mixers and the manager gave us two cans of ginger ale from their personal stuff. very nice of them.

Motel nostalgia

Roseloe Motel may be older and quaint, but it was very clean and comfortable. Nicely kept building and grounds! I would recommend a stay !

Great stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Roseloe for one night. It was our first time staying here and we enjoyed our stay very much. For the price, you get a comfortable, clean room. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Staff was very friendly and provide free bottled water. There's an ice maker on site, as well as mini fridge and microwaves in the rooms. The convenience to get to all attractions was excellent. We will stay here again.

This place has a lovely ambiance, old fashioned motel. Our room was cozy and clean. One of the lamps needs fixing, and someone has taken the dining pages of the guidebook. A nightlight would be nice in the bath.

Great Place for a Long Weekend

Staff were great and check-in was fast and easy. The hotel is old, and it took a while for the heaters to warm up the room, but a great price compared to the other options in the area. The beds are not queen-sized, but only full, making for a tight fit for 2 people. But the location is perfect - right in the middle of the valley and only a 5 minute drive to the Omni Resort and Warm Springs Baths. Lots of great restaurants in the area too, and great hiking trails. It's only 3.5 hours from DC, and makes for a great long weekend any time of the year.

Very dated motel but looked pretty good from outside except for the deteriorating parking area. Got inside and the "free" wi-fi would not connect as wouldn't the tv. The bed was comfortable and room was mostly clean. Needed a bunch of little things. Overall, was an OK stay but not worth the $124.00 per night cost.

The room was rundown. We reserved 2 queens. Received 2 doubles. Bathroom window was stuck to the open position. Just a very unfortunate stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. But not what I feel we were promised.

Old, outdated which i can deal with however the room was Very dirty!!!!!!! thick dust everywhere, the floor left our feet black. If you have a room with a kitchen STAY out. NOT a queen-size bed. Good water pressure. I did love sitting outside in the rocking chairs. The housekeeper was nice, she just needs to learn how to clean. We were in room 21.

Everything was good, room was clean. But AC when it’s work make smell like pee..I google it, and it’s need change some filter.. I went in offlice and reported about this problem,but nothing happened. Then I just turn it ac off,because my mom have a problem with her lungs and breathing ,she was on oxygen. And I let office people know before we went in room. We stay 3 nights,suffering from smell like pee. Last night I just turn off ac and smell was gone.. it’s was hot,but it’s better.

No hot water,

Unfortunately our stay was not good. The size of the room was great. Very large bathroom. But that is where the problem was. No hot water. When we checked in we were told to let the hot water run since we were in the last unit. Friday night I ran the shower and the sink for almost 20 minutes. Water never got warm. Got up at 6:00 am on Saturday, the water run again for 15 minutes still did not get warm. There were 3 staying in the room there was only 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels, not that we got to use them, since we had NO Hot or even warm water. The security lock on the door was broken, The heater in the bathroom smelled like it was burning, and the towel rod on the wall was broken.
