An all-weather creek runs along the property, adding to the peaceful Arkansas setting. Start your morning with coffee on the front porch near the creek, spend some time outdoors, or simply slow down and enjoy the sounds of nature.

Comfortable Accommodations for Up to 6

The Villa offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, plus additional sleeping accommodations for up to six guests.

Sleeps 6: King bedroom (2) • Full bedroom (2) • Two individual rollaway beds (1 each)

The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a full-size bed. Two individual rollaway beds provide sleeping accommodations for guests five and six.

Bedrooms include blackout curtains, extra blankets, and fresh linens. You’ll also find thoughtful conveniences including a full-length mirror, hair dryer, and iron/steamer. Fresh towels are provided for your stay.

The spacious living room features beautiful 12-foot ceilings, a super-comfy sofa, plenty of additional seating, and a game table—giving everyone room to gather after a day of exploring.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi, settle in with your favorite shows and movies on the streaming TVs, or unplug for the evening with our selection of books, board games, and card games.

A dining table with seating for 6 guests provides plenty of room for meals, games, and conversation.

Full Kitchen & Coffee Station

Skip the limitations of a hotel room and enjoy the convenience of a full-size kitchen with a stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, and basic kitchen essentials.

Our well-stocked coffee station makes mornings easy, and we provide a starter supply of everyday necessities, including paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, K-Cups, and trash bags.

Groceries and everyday essentials are conveniently available nearby, with Walmart approximately 2 miles away and Brookshire’s approximately 3½ miles away.

A washer/dryer combo unit is available upon request—especially convenient for longer stays, families, golfers, hikers, bikers, and lake days.
