Kind and Relaxing Hotel

Wonderful location in the center of Houffalize village. Very good accommodation and pleasant service. The parking is quite small and difficult to park late afternoon. The breakfast is full of Belgian goods!

Love this location just off the beaten path and nestled in a small town. Plenty of dining options at restaurant or in town. Friendly staff. Nice garden to sit in. Clean.. Only improvement could be a fan or air-conditioning for the warmer nights.

Prima kamer, nieuw ingericht, midden in het dorp. Geen verrassingen bij het ontbijt. De dinerkaart heeft geen focus en is nog uit de tijd met een keuken met 10 koks. Het vlees en de saus waren fantastisch, de rest matig.

Déception

Charmant hôtel bien situé au cœur du village décoré avec goût proposant un bar et un restaurant cosy. Parking gratuit réservé aux clients de l’hôtel juste à côté. Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux sous forme de buffet. Espace bien être ouvert de 16h à 20h aux clients en accès libre avec jacuzzi, sauna, hammam et douche. Le hammam est malheureusement hors service. Personnel très agréable, hormis à la réception dont la seule préoccupation est de vérifier que vous avez bien tout payé… Nous avions réservé une chambre confort, propreté impeccable et literie très confortable. Cependant nous sommes TRÈS DÉÇU. Le mobilier est très vieillissant. Chambres très mal isolée, on entend le voisin d’à côté ronfler, la livraison du linge de l’hôtel dans la rue très tôt le matin avec les chariots en métal qui claquent etc… Très forte odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain qui se sent aussi dans la chambre, le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas, le dérouleur papier toilette cassé. Les informations ont été remontées à la réception à l’oral et à l’écrit via le formulaire mis à disposition en chambre mais aucun geste, action ni réponse n’a été apportée. Très grosse déception

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat ik jammer vind is dat na 4 dagen er niemand op maandag aanwezig is bij de receptie en je de kamerpas maar in een doos moet gooien, helaas niet erg persoonlijk.

Prima ontbijt! Zwaar verouderde erg kleine kamer en bed . Ook geen housekeeper die de bedden even recht trekt of handdoeken verschoond/vuilniszakjes leegt. Restaurant is goed.
