"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The pillows provided were just small throw pillows, not full-size ones, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. There was also no coffee machine or tea available, either in the room or in the lobby. We arrived in the evening and were leaving early in the morning before breakfast time, so having access to something simple like coffee would have been helpful. I noticed some snacks in a small fridge in the lobby and asked the front desk if we could take a couple since our flight was early. However, I was told the fridge was locked. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and flexibility made the experience frustrating."

The cleaning staff didn’t do a good job of cleaning the rooms. And my room was not ready when I arrived. I have to wait over 5 hour for my room before I was allowed to check in.. They when I asked for a little more time for late check out, they refused to grant my request..! Not a good experience at all.! "
