A quiet residential neighborhood, not a party house. Quiet hours 8 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events.

Good to know before you book:
- Dogs welcome with pre-approval and a pet fee (no cats).
- About a half-mile from train tracks; white noise machines in every bedroom.
- Baby and toddler gear is available to rent directly from BabyQuip (not free at the home). Use the link in your Breezy Key, or book on BabyQuip`s website.
- We keep up routine professional pest control; Texas has seasonal insects.
- Trash: please roll the bins to the curb on collection days for pickup.

Parking: Driveway and garage. No street parking. Please don`t block neighbors` driveways or mailboxes. No boats, trailers or ATVs. Dogs are welcome when they are on your reservation and paid for. No cats. Keep pets off the furniture. No running, diving or glass by the pool. Supervise children. Pool equipment is off limits. Pool heat is available for a fee, paid through Airbnb. Hot tub heat is free on request. Both fireplaces are fine to use; turn them off when you are done. Trash pickup is Friday: roll the bins to the curb the night before or by 6:30 AM. Everyone staying overnight must be on your reservation. Ask before early check-in or late check-out. Stays of 28+ nights sign our Extended Stay Agreement, with a photo ID and selfie check used only to confirm who signs.
