Come relax at the beach! The beautiful stilted `Tree of Life` house has a huge wrap around balcony/deck perfect for enjoying the breeze or watching the deer and birds. Only a short walk to El Jardin beach! Many beautiful nature trails and parks nearby!



The modern and updated home has a stylish and spacious open concept living area with plenty of natural light and modern appliances. There are 2 bedrooms with balcony access and comfortable sleeping arrangements for the entire family.



The entire house and space under the house is accessible. The newly improved El Jardin Beach is a five minute walk away, or a two minute drive away. Now with picnic benches and more parking.



The home is located in Seabrook at the safe community of El Jardin, which is a nature lover’s paradise with a beautiful beach, nature trails, and parks, such as Pine Gully. Walk, drive, or rent a golf cart to check out the nature and sights around the neighborhood.
