Me asignaron una Habitación para gente con discapacidad, la cortina de la regadera estaba muy corta, por lo cual todo el agua mojaba gran parte del área del baño. Llegué para quedarme dos noches, cuando regresé en la noche para dormir la segunda noche el Hotel no hizo la limpieza de mi habitación, por lo que a mí me tocó sacudir la cama y prácticamente yo la hice, por supuesto, el baño seguía encharcado en gran parte de la Habitacion. De todo lo demás no tengo queja.

The staff members were all very nice and welcoming. The room was nice, however, we were promised 1 clean in our 3 day stay which never occurred. Also, we didn't appreciate being charged $6 per day for parking. In addition, there was no free coffee downstairs. We had to pay for a Starbucks coffee. There should be far less nickel and diming.

The carpet in the elevator and in the hallways were stained and smelled pretty bad. Once I was in my room the smell was not bad. I walked into the bathroom to take a shower and as soon as I opened the shower curtain, there was a huge spider and spider webs in the ceiling of the bathtub. I spoke to the front desk and they said there was not anybody to take care of the spider and it would have to wait until the next day. It was overall a bad experience and I will not stay there on my next trip.
