I was flushed this morning from the hotel by the local manager who said he was empowered to do so because I was complaining and because I was not a happy customer. My complains were legitimate, pointing to bare minimum services such as provide clean pillows, fill the snack pantry, refill the orange juice in the morning (They stop doing so for 3 days), and have quarters for the use of the laundry service since they don’t accept credit card for that.
When I received the room one of the pillows was smelling really bad (I can’t be specific here but imagine the worst), another one was smelling to man’s lotion. The corridors of the 3rd floor smell to urine and/or moisture. Very bad smell crosses the walls from room to room from toilets.
The local management and staff are absolutely useless, incompetent, and display bad attitude and mediocrity, they are not committed to provide the bare minimum.
The manager gets upset if the customer complains or brings the point to their attention. The local management pushes back and doesn’t care about improvement in the services of the hotel. One of the managers challenged me to complain with corporate which I will take the time to do very soon.
