It was a very nice place to stay. There were seven of us and it was quite close to my son’s residence in Kingwood. We enjoyed it very much and would give you five stars for the home itself. It was very clean and relaxing, and we enjoyed it very much.

Very nice, new property

This home is in a very nice neighborhood, great walking, close to stores, IAH Airport, and was a great location for this family as we gathered for a memorial event. Very clean, comfortable and as presented. Wifi and 4 full bedrooms. Laundry services available and supplied. Really worked well for us. Property owner / manager was in regular touch, and very helpful.

Family Gathering

We enjoyed the opportunity to host a family gathering and this place served it's purpose for us. Liked the rental home and the owner communication was very clear. Clean garage and trash bins available for recycle and waste trash. Thank you to the owner and home inside was just beautiful and simply.

Great 2 month stay

Enjoyed our stay in Kingwood. Had all the necessary items for cooking and living. Was convenient to numerous restaurants and tourist attractions. Located close to I-69 which provided easy access to all Houston and surrounding area attractions and businesses.
