Every time I come down to Houston from my vacation home, I’ll stop at the Regency. It’s OK and the staff are awesome but just be careful with that little Indian lady in the front she is a handful. She talk mess, but she’s only trying to get everybody straightened up she act like she wanna be somebody mama everybody else cool

The bed was good. The shower was hot and ac was cold. but around the kitchen and desk had small roaches pop up randomly. And the bathroom vent fan didn’t work. Apparently they knew about the exhaust fan because the day we were leaving maintenance knocked on our door to come fix it. (I was going to report about the exhaust when I was checking out) also just had a couple dummies hanging around outside which made me feel my room or car could get broken into when I’m not around it. Don’t leave anything expensive inside room.

The staff was courteous. We liked their continental breakfast. The pool was in good shape. The room was in good shape for the price amount. There were loud and suspicious people outside the property, but the price of the room entices all sorts of people.

It was an ok stay.

Check in was great. We stayed two nights and our room was clean when we got back from our day out. Which was nice. The room itself was not that great. Beds were not comfortable. Carpet in room was dirty looking. Bathroom was clean and the appliances (fridge and microwave) were too. Overall not bad for the price.

It was clean and well kept. I didnt like that when i checked in the lady working tried to make me pay again and then when i cslled her on it she put me and my paraplegic girlfriend on the second floor knowing there wasnt a elevator and then proceeded to trll me that if i wanted a handicapped room i would have to pay more.

Late Arrival

It was good. When we arrived there were people wondering around the parking lot randomly. It was a late arrival, so, it was already 11:30 pm. The room was good. There was a random burnt mark on the wall the size of a volleyball, near the door just over the electrical outlet. This was a bit concerning, but we just did not use that plug, so not really a big deal, other than appearance wise.
