The three (1 king, 2 queen) bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, while the bunk room with 5 twin beds is on the 1st floor. There's a futon/sleeper sofa on the 3rd floor, and the spacious couches on the 1st and 2nd floors provide additional sleeping options.
