"the hotel was very clean. The hot breakfast was great. The pool area was nice. I had a hard time between rating 3 and 4 but most important part of a stay is the bed in my opinion and i did not sleep well. The AC unit was extremely loud and the bed and pillows were not comfortable. I sunk into the middle and the pillows were too big/firm which hurt my neck."

"The lady charged me for 10.00 for a towel that had dirty marks on it n it was her own floor that made it that way ....it was the floor towel that i used n it got dirty from the floor nothing i did ..."
