"El hotel es fantastico. El personal es super atento y se esfuerza al maximo para que tu estancia sea placentera. Las habitaciones son comodas y en todas se incluye una neverita para tu comodidad. Las habitaciones del lado oeste tienden a ser mas calladas, las del lado este dan a la piscina, pero aun asi son tambien comodas y silenciosas. La piscina esta bien mantenida y el agua es agradable. Sirven un desayuno continental con bagel, frutas, cereales y galletitas. Nosotros compramos queso y jamon que guardamos en la nevera. El hotel esta muy bien situado, no tiene playa al frente pero a unos 5 minutos caminando puedes disfrutar una playa que es casi privada. Algunas personas llegan en sus carros (nunca vi mas de 3 o 4), pero tendras casi toda la playa para ti. Si quieres un sitio con con mas gente y actividades, puedes caminar alrededor de media milla a lo largo de la playa. Si estas en carro, puedes parquear cerca del area de los famosos kioskos, el parqueo es gratis. Si quieres puedes manejar una o dos millas mas al balneario "La Monserrate" el parqueo cuesta $4. Puedes entrar y salir y tienes opciones de comidas y bebidas que no estan nada mal, pinchos por $5 y cocos pequeños a $5 tambien. Pero si vuelves a playa fortuna, Victor (en la entrada que tomas para llegar al hotel) vende pinchos a $4 y cocos a $3 😂 El hotel tiene un bar con buenos cocteles y ceviches. Es muy agradable sentarse a disfrutar de la brisa del mar. 10/10 Volveremos!👍"

"Mi estadía en Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico en Río Grande fue simplemente hermosa. 🤍 Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños y, desde el primer momento, hicieron que se sintiera realmente especial. Lo que más me llevo es la calidad humana de su equipo: desde el valet y el personal de registro, hasta los meseros, bartenders y servicio a la habitación, todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y cariñosos. De alguna manera, cada persona sabía que estaba celebrando y siempre tuvo un detalle, una felicitación o una sonrisa que hizo la experiencia aún más bonita. Las facilidades son espectaculares, impecablemente limpias y cuidadas, pero para mí lo que verdaderamente distingue este lugar es su servicio. Se siente genuino, cercano y lleno de atenciones. La gastronomía y la coctelería también estuvieron a otro nivel; disfruté muchísimo cada comida y cada cóctel. Me fui con la sensación de haber sido celebrada y consentida durante toda mi estadía. Definitivamente, uno de esos lugares a los que quieres regresar no solo por lo hermoso que es, sino por cómo te hicieron sentir mientras estuviste allí.
