Such a great place! Everything was clean and perfect for our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and full of amenities. The property was pretty as well and quiet. I would stay here the next time I visit Hudson.

Lovely, comfortable stay

Very comfortable stay in a large room with everything you could need. Property is set in nice surroundings with birds and a small vegetable garden. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Short drive to local sights and towns.

The owner is very very nice. We biked from nyc, and heading to upstate NY. We booked this hotel at the last minute because it's close to empire State trail. The room is quiet and clean. The owner allowed my kids to pick the strawberry, raspberries and tomatoes. Everything tasted so sweet right off the vine. This literally made their day. The hot tub was so nice after whole day of biking. The ice cream that the owner made was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in this area.

Cozy and comfortable

Nice cozy room, with everything we needed for a comfy stay. Much better than staying at a hotel chain. Just a few miles from the downtown of Hudson. I would certainly stay there again.

Nice small but practical cabin

I stayed in cabin 5, the yellow one. It is small but cozy. Has a well equipped kitchenette. Very clean bathroom and shower. WiFi worked well enough for streaming. There are beautiful plants all over, nice creek nearby with picnic tables. The cabin has an outdoor hot tub, but I did not use it.

Fantastic place to stay! So homey, comfortable, and peaceful. Steven was a fabulous host, and his property is wonderful - in a beautiful garden. The room is large and beyond well equipped. No reason to pay more to stay downtown Hudson. We’re on a month-long New England road trip, and this has been our favorite stay!

Great spot, close to Hudson and the Catskills. Room was a good size with a small kitchen and veranda to sit and have a drink. Steve was a great host and cooked us a great dinner in their small restaurant.

Comfortable place

The accommodation were comfortable. The room was spacey and the appliances and TV were in good shape and worked fine. The tap water was cloudy and had a smell to it.

This place was a very beautiful property where me and my girlfriend got away for a week. The scenery was beautiful and you could even pick the berries. The owner was the sweetest human alive, and I say the only thing that I was nervous about was check in and out because as someone who has only stayed at hotels, the lack of a desk was confusing.. will definitely return

Know what you are signing up for

First off, other travelers should be aware that rooms in this location are in a private residence. access to the rooms is via a gravel path (not great for suitcase wheels). Internet is slow and I could not download certain websites with photos. while the room was nice and the space heater worked well to keep the room warm overnight, the access and issues with the internet were enough to cause me to rate it low. the gravel path to the room was especially annoying for getting into and out of the room. on the positive side, the apartment - it was more than a room - was spacious, clean and comfortable. It could be a nice place to stay for someone who doesnt need high speed internet. mgmt was friendly and helpful in checking in. it just wasnt what I was expecting.

I’ll be back, cute and clean!

I needed a place to sleep while attending several events in the area and this was perfect; clean, safe, warm, great snacks. The only negative was the icy steps and deck. I had to break up the ice and clear with my boots. Place could use an electric kettle for tea. Other than that it was a great place for me and my elderly dog.
