Perfect location

The staff is extremely kind and the location is great! It's a walkable area but also very quiet since it's tucked into an alley. They kindly upgraded our room and provided coffee and fruit upon arrival!

We loved our stay at this homestay. The staff were great and so friendly. They helped us organise everthing from motorbike rental to buses. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was also great!. Highly recommended if coming to hue!.

Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Great english. When arrived after getting settled in they sat down with us with a map to explain the tourists spots which was very helpful. The DMZ tour and bus to hoi an / da nang organised through the hotel were great experiences. Location is quiet but located next to a great walking district lots of bars and restraunts.

Was only in Hue for one night but I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean. The older couple that runs the place are the most lovely people. Was also offered a fruit platter and tea/coffee on arrival. Highly recommend.

Great hotel in the city center of Hue. The family running the hotel is really a very lovely family and we felt home and welcome from the beginning. We arrived very early on the first day, still they offered us a breakfast. The breakfast is typical Vietnamese, i.e. some fruits, rice, pancakes, white bread, juice, etc. Our room was comfortable and clean and we were allowed to use the pool of the hotel next door. We had four pleasent days in Hue. Therefore, we would definitely stay at THong Thien Ruby Hotel, again.

Decent hotel

Had some issues with the air conditioning so I spent the first night at a neighboring property... overall staff was attentive and friendly... the room was nothing special, but totally did the job for the price... the hotel is in an alley, so it is quiet a night

Ruby, best stay in Hué

I had the best time here, arrived and got a drink and some fruit. The staff is so helpfull with everything you ask from getting transportation, info about all the sites. And when you go fruit and some buns are ready. Room was very clean even got an upgrade right away, in the center but not noisy. If you go to Hué, and you should, this is the place you need to stay!!

The hotel is well located, friendly staff, Breakfast was fine. However, the rooms didn’t meet the expectations as we found the shower in the bathroom a bit dirty. The AC didn’t have enough power and it was dripping water inside the room. We booked this hotel based on the reviews, but we feel their reviews score doesn’t match reality.

Zij en in het bijzonder de eigenaresse was zeer attent en gastvrij. Vooral met haar was ik zeer content. De kamer is misschien wat minder omdat er geen kleerkast is en je uit de koffer moet leven.

We had a great, but very short stay here as it was a 1 night adventure in Hue. The owner and his wife are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and our rooms were very comfortable and clean. It is tucked away down an alleyway so it is very quiet. On the main street are lots of restaurants and bars. I would recommend this place.

Schönes Gasthaus in ruhiger Ecke

Schönes Hotel inmitten des Geschehens, aber in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Zur Kaiserstadt etwa 25-30 Min. zu Fuß. Großes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Balkon, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher mit Zubehör, bequemes Bett. Gutes Frühstück. Eine angenehme Überraschung für wenig Geld. Definitiv empfehlenswert.
