The hotel is 5 star, don't get me wrong. The staff, service and the property are superb. The only thing is... it is located in an area where there's nothing around. If you look for some action or even an 8pm pho bo then look elsewhere.

We stayed in Palace Deluxe - very nice room. Amazing pillows and bedding. Loved the pool and breakfast. Very friendly staff. They have live music (jazz) in the lounge a few nights a week, which we enjoyed. We had a wifi issue but called the front desk and they had in fixed in 5 minutes. Nice neighbourhood; small pond and walking path close by. There is an also a lovely temple next door. We coordinated a driver (Tan) via hotel Concierge (Johnny). Johnny helped us plan the route for the day- we had an amazing tour and topped it off with a boat ride down the Perfume River. Thanks to the team at Indochine Palace.

A luxurious historic hotel in Hue. It had a luxurious feel. The hotel staff were all kind and friendly, especially Vy's hospitality was excellent. Thank you for telling me about a delicious banh mi restaurant. I would definitely like to visit this hotel again.

I've been to Hue many times and I've stayed at 15-20 hotels there over the decades. Indochine is the best overall. It's clean. It's quiet. Staff is friendly. Food is great. Most other 5 star hotels in the city don't have all of it. I highly recommend indochine

I have made a mistake in check in date, but the hotel staff, Ms The Uyen has been more than kind to change for me to check in 1 day earlier. Usually I like indochine palace but the staff were incredibly difficult this time and not accommodating. Had a few issues but the most annoying was I had accidentally used and packed one of their hangars. I asked if I could just pay for it but they had me unpack my entire suitcase to return it to them.
