Very nice room and very clean. Extremely comfy bed and nice quality linen. Sadly forgot my swimwear as the pool looked great. View from window onto the garden was very pretty at night with all the lights.

Room was very clean and spacious. The mattress could be better. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a wide choice of breakfast options but by 8.45am buffet food could have been hotter. But overall for the price, a comfortable one night stay.

Nice hotel for a one night stopover,friendly staff

Really helpful staff, especially Gary on reception and Poppy in the restaurant. Rooms are clean but the bathrooms are very tired and in need of a makeover. Bar area very basic but comfy, restaurant can be quite noisy. Food was good. Breakfast was very tasty and hot.

It was ok I found the flags very dangerous behind the hotel were you have tables and chairs near the gym and swimming pool not level at all. As for my toilet in my room it didn’t work properly at all . I did ask for it to be repaired however no one came to fix it

We were locked out of our room for 3 hours and the pool was very dirty. The cleaner was a very bad cleaner. When they say clean they really don't mean clean. I'm never going back again!!! From Aoife aged 7.

Nice friendly hotel to stay in

We had a late, easy and friendly check in , all was good no problems ,nice comfy night in the room . plenty of choice for breakfast in the morning , nice well cooked english , all the staff where polite and courteous , had to book the mercure at the last moment and worked out great ! This is a nice hotel to stay and will do so again , no complaints

The staff in the hotel are all super friendly and helpful. Simple things like remembering where you sat the night before at dinner give a personal touch. There are parts of the hotel which do need updating though. Everything is clean and the beds are comfy but some areas look a little tired for example the bathrooms. Excellent selection at breakfast
