"The house was very well stocked, very clean, spacious for me and my family, and a reasonable drive to a lot of locations. I love the design of the house and the pool was a great feature. Traveling with toddlers and infants can be weary, but this house made the stay stress free. Arturo is a fantastic host, made sure that we were set with everything, great communication time, if anything happened he addressed it immediately. I've never had a host as attentive and accomodating as Arturo! I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Puerto Rico. "

"The Zara Del Mar home was beautiful. We definitely enjoy the view of the beach from the sunroom every morning with a cup of coffee. Everything was clean and beautiful. The host was always in communication with us and made sure to check in on us. The house had lots of amenities, beach chairs, coolers etc. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. I would definitely be returning in the never future."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood in a less touristy area of PR,which is exactly what we were looking for. The beach is a short walk away, fun waves and very swimable. We walked in the nature preserve daily. Its a great amenity. We had no problems with check in. Maria was extremely helpful and responsive. The neighbors were very kind and even brought us plantains. We would absolutely stay here again."

Restaurants and a local market were also within 5-10 minutes and were very reasonable. The backyard was very nice and being right next to the preserve was beautiful."

"The location was great. Close to great beaches, the highway for easy in and out, towns with restaurants and groceries. The neighborhood itself was quiet and lovely, nice for strolling. The neighborhood is bordered by the Punta Santiago public beach on one side and a nature preserve on the other, so you don't have to go in a car to get beautiful places to wander or jog. The house itself is well appointed and comfortable, although if you have tiny children or mobility issues, there are lots of steps and hard tile floors. It has one of the better equipped vrbo kitchens I've stayed in, with all the dishes and utensils we needed."

He shared great local recommendations and made the whole stay smooth from start to finish.The house itself is incredible. Fully stocked with everything you need (and then some), very comfortable, and clearly set up for actually living, not just passing through. Strong AC, fans throughout, great beds, and plenty of space. We were five total (2 adults, 3 kids) and never once felt cramped.The beach access is the real ace. It honestly feels like a private beach—quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for kids and adults alike. The location is ideal if you’re looking to unplug: far enough from the city to decompress, but close enough if you want to venture out. And the view from the deck? Unreal. Morning coffee and sunset up there were highlights of the trip.If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful, well-run place in Puerto Rico with a host who actually cares, this is it. We’d book again without hesitation."
