"This was a last minute booking following a flight cancellation so my expectations were not high! However I can heartily recommend the Four Points and would book there again if I ever have a planned stopover at Pearson. The check in staff were helpful, efficient and courteous. We dined at the restaurant and enjoyed great service from Zara and delicious food and a very welcome beer flight after what was a very long day. Very conveniently located too with a free shuttle which made the following days red eye experience non problematic! The room was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. Happy to recommend this hotel very strongly!"
