"Felt like sleeping in a school. My room was close to the main door. Heard it all night. Also bed madress too soft, fell out two times in the middle of the night. Small room and a lot of wear and tear on the furnitures. Breakfast was mediocre, noted that scramble egg was dead dry. Not made that day I can say. On night ok, but never again."

"Large but empty tired rooms, with no room amenities you might expect. Definitely not hygge. No international tv channels. Other than the expensive hotel restaurant, local walkable options very limited. More bed & breakfast vibe than hotel. Breakfast decent if entirely repetitive (Awful coffee)."

"The property changed hands since I booked. Expedia failed to inform me of this change. I wish I had known the complementary breakfast is now discontinued and that reception closes at 4pm. Thankfully the person i phoned was helpful in explaining how to access my room."

"The property is nice and spacious. The rooms are comfortable. Two upgrades would help greatly. Currently guests who may have heavy baggage with them due to the length/duration of their stay have to lift/haul it up the stairs in multiple places which is highly inconvenient. Constructing ramps in appropriate locations should be a relatively simple but highly value-added convenience to provide for guests.
