"The place was pretty nice but the 2nd night we had literally no hot water for a shower and then the bathroom sink had no cold water so we had to brush our teeth with hot water! We called to find out about vending machine and were told the 3 floors that them and literally all 3 were out of order with signs on them and the from desk seemed oblivious to this. "

"Staff was great, friendly, helpful or was the false pictures that lured you in. Lobby looks nothing like advertised. The rooms they slid in 2 pictures of what they really looked like and the room was dirty, moldy literal mold on lamp shades, a hole in the wall that they put a wooden piece over. Biggest issue is the false advertisement "

"not a good view and resturant across the street has deliveries and customers of all hours! Bedroom door to balcony would not close all the way. If you need a budget stay...... otherwise skip it!"

"This home is absolutely beautiful. There was enough space for everyone in our party. When we arrived the indoor pool water and hot tub was cold. We sent a text and the problem was solved immediately. Communication was excellent. I would definitely like to book again for our next retreat. "
