The staff here are wonderful - they take the time to get to know their guests by name. I have now returned for a week long getaway 2 years in a row and will likely return next summer. I love the relaxed vibe of the resort, the rustic cabins, overall comfort, and the quiet.
Wonderful stay!
We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was exceptionally clean. The hot tub and sauna were both immaculate and a real highlight of our stay.
Our dinner was delicious, and our room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. We also enjoyed the hiking trail, and the beach looked very inviting—we wish we had more time to enjoy it!
The location is excellent for golfers and is also very convenient for launching a boat into Mary Lake. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lodge!
Overall we have a great staycation here! Very friendly staff, super clean and well maintained chalet, super tranquil lake. Everything is beyond our expectations! Definitely gonna come back for longer stay!
Great place and had a wonderful Fall getaway. We were looking for a place we could unwind and stay on property and experience all the things, and it was just that. Canoeing on the little lake, sitting on the dock, hiking their two 3km trails, going in the hot tub (didn't have a chance to go in the wood-burning cedar sauna), and thoroughly enjoyed the cabin with the wood-burning fireplace, replenished with wood out front everyday. Note: only some cabins do, and we put in a request if available. Cabin was a semi, but it looked like they had arranged to stagger the guests until they couldn't, so that was thoughful. Fresh coffee were available all day in the lodge lounge, which was very nice with comfortable seating, a fireplace, satellite TV if you needed it, and stronger wi-fi. All of the staff were super friendly. They had 3 dinner options available daily, that sounded good, but we didn't go. We had their buffet breakfast on the last morning which was good, albeit the cooked food was not as hot as it should be. My only suggestions for the cabin is to have a small toaster (there is a coffee pod maker, kettle, and bar fridge, and hooks for towels. We will definitely be back!
Everything about our stay was great! Beautiful location!! Courteous and helpful staff! Nice room...it had all that we needed!
Our massages were fantastic...very informative advice was given and the massage itself was effective. Thanks so much!! 👍👌😁
We came here to celebrate our anniversary and was not disappointed. Peaceful and serene, great staff and food. Lovely cabin, nice to disconnect and enjoy the weekend. We will be back
Very nice resort with beautiful views and peaceful environment . Unfortunately the 2 walking trails in the resort are blocked by fallen tress not far from the starting points so for those interested in nature and peaceful walks may be disappointed. It has a small waterfall where the resort has set up a sitting bench to enjoy the sight. However there are bugs almost everywhere near nature but that is no fault of the resort.
We stayed in one of the cabins with beautiful lake view but the cabin has no aircond so that during this period in early July where there is heatwave the cabin is rather uncomfortable due to the heat inside. The fans do help somewhat but they are blowing warm air around. That’s the only downside to our stay. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful so making our stay much more pleasant. We have no problem to recommend a stay at this wonderful resort.
From the warm welcome by Bailey at reception, to our clean, well-equipped cabin with cosy couch and bed, decorated with a Muskoka flair, to the beach area equipped with kayaks, boards and paddle boat, we were very happy! See you soon.🌲😎🙂↔️

Friendly staff, had everything we needed, thanks for having us!
It was a nice visit but not likely to return. Too many geese and poop even though staff worked hard to keep it raked. Restaurant dinner food was very good.
This is not a spa. Pool was out of order and no spa treatments offered. An outdoor sauna and jacuzzi were the only spa-like options. So really, nothing in the summer
We had an activity booked for the morning of our checkout and she allowed us to checkout after our activity was done at 11:30.

Booked a cabin for a 3 nights this June, for a short anniversary get-away. From check-in to check-out the staff were great! Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area, which is beautiful. Did not take advantage of all they have to offer, tennis court, spa, but we did spend time on the water in the kayaks, relaxing by the water, and doing a bit if hiking. The food was excellent, as was the service (thanks again to Jennifer and the breakfast servers). The cabin itself was just that, a cabin. Although it required some attention, it did us just fine. There was no A/C, but there was a ceiling fan, and a portable fan; no satellite or tv in the cabin, but plenty of games and movies. It was nice to be out of the hustle bustle of life and leave alone some of the creature comforts we seem to rely on too much. Thank you to all at Trillium Resort and Spa... our trip was memorable.

The pool was closed along with the hot tub and the saunas. Very big disapointment for the cost of this trip. The tv didnt work either. Lots of towels. Cottage had no AC but i guess i couldnt expect that- Thankfully the fans worked well. Place is beautiful nested behind many trees. Very tranquil and peaceful but all the closed amenities was a big disapointment. We are in July thays ridicoulous.
