"Team is good. WiFi is very bad in the most expensive suite. Maintenance, Cleaning and service is non satisfactory. Es I have arrived, were no towels in room and the safe could not be used also as I moved to the suite which has no internet connection. Don't replace daily the bed sheet, forget replacing towels and force putting "Please clean my room" sign on the door. "We loved our experience from beginning to end. A tranquil and beautiful place, with so many places to rest and explore within the walls. Loved the room, the pools, the food was excellent, the store for crafts and the wildlife surrounding us was the perfect way to recalibrate after a long flight and shake off any residual stress.
