The Space:

Other amenities for your recreation include sports courts, fitness center, club house, and indoor/outdoor heated pools and hot tubs.

The home’s interior is just as impressive with another stone fireplace to enjoy. This one will keep you warm while watching movies on the smart tv or sharing a meal indoors at the dining table for 6. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and other necessary essentials for convenient meals at home. Barstools line the kitchen counter for casual dining and visiting in the kitchen.

Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! This home sleeps up to 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors provide this room with beautiful views as well as access onto the home’s balcony.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #3 is furnished with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed and a smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
This unit is located on the 3rd floor and requires stairs, and the resort does not have an elevator.

The second bathroom in this home has a shower/tub combo.

Washer and dryer in unit.

2 underground parking spaces are provided, plus tons of extra outdoor parking stalls.

Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are heated and open year-round.

- If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. This home is pet friendly with a two-pet maximum. The pet fee is $35.00 per day (per pet). Please contact Customer Care to have this fee added and avoid fine.
