"The only thing I will suggest is to have early breakfast on weekends specifically instead at 7 we were traveling for volleyball. So we have to leave the hotel first thing in the morning ADD BACON please!!"

"This place honestly shouldn’t even exist. From the time we arrived (after 2:30 and check in is supposed to be at 2) it was a crap show. Our rooms weren’t ready because they had to call the police to kick out people who refused to leave from 6 different rooms. That I later found out were alleged prostitutes. We went to late lunch and came back and one room wasn’t ready and the room they gave us wasn’t acceptable. We had a concert to go to so we figured that would give sufficient time to prepare the rooms. Got there after the show and it took her over 40 minutes to check us in. I then realized I was charged 3 times instead of 2 for the 2 rooms. I was told to dispute it with the bank. We went to check out our rooms and there were remnants of bed bug poop on the box spring. Under the bed looked like it had never been cleaned and there was a needle cap outside the door on the welcome mat. The other room was for my step daughter and she opened the door to find there was someone already in the room. That was my last straw. I was told they may or may not refund me. I will dispute with my bank. Nightmare of a place. Do not stay there. "

"I've stayed at Hyatts for many years. This is the first time I was charged $10 on top of the room fee. The location was in Louisville not in a busy area at all. When we checked in they asked if I planned to park at the hotel. Where else would I park? The hotel itself was very outdated. The light next to the bed was do old it was nearly impossible to turn it to get it to come on. There are no usb plugs next to the bed. There was a tin of light coming in the room from under the door. The best thing about our stay was the bed and pillows were super comfy."

"Food is great- get hot Breakfast & Dinner. Can get a little crowded at pool but was overall nice stay. First night room was awesome. Second night next room was not cleaned well, but everything else was great. "
