The most beautiful hotel! Service was great! A special European hotel with exceptional European service- turn down service, clean fresh cotton pad for feet when getting out of bed each night, bottled was in glass bottles, coffee and tea in room with porcelain tea cup, slippers, different treats each night, friendly helpful staff, gorgeous view, piano player in the terrace in the evening, excellent restaurant,….Too many good things to list! Breakfast is unbelievable! I recommend this hotel with 10 stars!!!!

In my opinion almost a prefect hotel. True 5 star relatively small hotel giving your stay a personal cosy touch with high end service. Tremendous a-la carte breakfast. Perfect location.

Amazing breakfast - best of our 3 week trip. Nice, kind front-desk staff but uninformed about the island and pricey stay - helped contribute to 4/5 rating.

This hotel is amazing and beautiful. It is in the center of everything walking distance to the entire area. The staff treat everyone like Gold. They were very sweet, even offering water to all of my guest meeting in the lobby, half of which were not staying in the hotel. Wonderful place to stay I will be back again

Stunning hotel. We were in the penthouse suite which had a lovely view of the harbor. Comfy chairs on the deck. Breakfast was the best and a shout out to Barbara who anticipated every need during the meal and had a happy, upbeat demeanor every day! Location was perfect. My only suggestion is that I wish I had known ahead of time that you need to make a reservation in advance to use the hotel’s beach club. By the time we arrived, there were no spots available for that day. Otherwise, it was perfection!

Loved the hotel! Everything and everyone was amazing! The convenience of the hotel is excellent and every detail is perfect. Perhaps the only issue is the noise from outside (the restaurant next door has live music) which isnt ideal if you are trying to get to bed early. But highly recommend overall.

Genuine 5* hotel. Location right on main plaza and waterfront. Fabulous views. Excellent service from reception, concierge, etc. Room small, especially for a hotel of this class, but elegant. (Had trouble getting it to be warm enough - seems to be set centrally). Insufficient surface areas (to put stuff). Main issue is parking - 5-10 minute walk from hotel (no cars can reach hotel), and transferring luggage. Had help from bellboy, on very late arrival, but it was still tough. On departure, had golf cart drive us to edge of town, and we brought car around to load luggage. Hotel public areas very elegant. Expensive but worth it.
