Above our expectations. A real plus was the way the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were setup the appliances and coffee maker and Kerig were top notch only glitch was trying to get the tv on local stations the host was always available for questions the beach was so close with a walking path thank you

Location can’t be beat!

The house was very comfortable for a big group and the location can’t be beat. It was easily walkable to downtown Hyannis for dining out and shopping and even closer to walk to the beach. The hosts were excellent communicators. The house isn’t fancy, but it’s comfortable. I would book again.

Great house for a large group! Number of bedrooms and bathrooms are great and the kitchen and living room is great for socializing! 5 minute walk to the beach was great! Really enjoyed our stay! Yard and patio space is also amazing!

Birthday celebration

This home was a fabulous place for my family to stay to celebrate my birthday! My husband, my mother, our 3 children, their spouses, and 2 Grandbabies stayed here and loved it! It was located close to the beach, and also to the harbor area in Hyannis. We were super-close to the Nantucket ferry! The home was clean, and had everything we needed! I would recommend it to everyone!

The house was a perfect fit for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 grandchildren) Our grandchildren were able to ride their bikes on the dead-end side street as well as to the beach which was 3 minutes on bikes and a 5-minute walk. The house was spotless and nicely appointed. The largeliving room was ideal for active children under 6 years old. The back yard was well taken care of with a very green lawn and lovely flowers. Alex, the owner, took pride in his property and was readily available when we had questions. We would highly recommend this property!

Amazing home in an amazing location

This house had it all. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The house was very clean and we all enjoyed our stay. Alex was great, he answered our questions immediately. I would definitely rent this house again.

Clean and great communication

Perfect size for our group of 8 plus one infant. Having three full bathrooms and one half bath is a game changer! I was impressed with Alex’s quick replies in communication. The house itself was also nice and clean.

Perfect for a large family.

This lovely home was perfect for our large family. All the bedrooms and bathrooms made our week very comfortable. The proximity to the beach made for an easy walk. The back deck provided plenty of seating for meals and just sitting outside in the sun. Alex, the owner, was very communicative. Checking in and out was very easy. Best VRBO Host ever!

We stayed for 2 weeks with different family coming and going. Alex is an unbelievable host. He can’t do enough for you and wants you to have the best vacation. He provides more supplies than any other host we have stayed with. House was very clean. We had our dog and there is a nice fenced yard. House is 2-3 blocks from Keyes Memorial beach. We walked there every morning. You can also walk to Main Street in Hyannis and the Harbor area. Would definitely stay again

Nice home!

The home is large and spacious. Plenty of bed and bathrooms. Very clean. There was no clutter. Plenty of dish and glassware as well as a fine assortment of cookware. Nice Webber grill. Nice washer and dryer. We had a dog with us...the back yard was fenced in so the dog had plenty of room to run around. My family and I had a wonderful week in Hyannis...and enjoyed our comfortable accomodations.

Outstanding for family!

The home was large enough for our family of six adults and two young children. It is exactly as described. Very comfortable. The hosts were quite considerate, checking in with us to make sure we had no needs! Our dog enjoyed walks and the fenced in yard. The beach is a very easy walk away; the three year old managed it without complaint. The water was gentle, ideal for very young children. The town Of Hyannis was fun, with many restaurants and ice cream places. We had a rainy day and easily found nearby entertainment for the children.

Great location

Beach was a 4 minute walk! Super convenient. Grandkids had a great time making sandcastles and catching minnows. Ocean was a bit cold but my son managed to kayak anyway! Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard was close by so the whole family went on a day trip and enjoyed lobster rolls at the Lookout Tavern. House was super comfortable, great layout and stocked with enough starter supplies. Stop & Shop was a 10 minute drive so going food shopping was not a hassle. Alex was available and helpful. We all enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Highly recommend
