A stand-out feature of the hotel is the "fox" themed visuals everywhere, given the hotel is "red fox". This gave a fun and youthful vibe to the hotel. Overall, a decent hotel for the price.

I waited in the lobby for an hr even though I had booing. Room was terrible sheets had stains, AC would make noise all night. Had to end my stay half way. Hotel refused to refund. Please don't choose this hotel for stay.

I had booked this property for my guest arriving in town. Initially they couldn't find my bookings which I had a booked a month before the check in date. I was on the phone with Expedia for 1 hour 45 mins to try and get this sorted and have the room allocated to my guest. The following day I had the same issue at the reception.

I recommend looking for a different hotel.

I took the "suite" room. Indeed there was a king size bad. But thats about it. The room was not clean at all also the towels. No cleaning service from any sort during my stay. They only change the linen of the bad. I could hear everything from the street. I found out after a very long workday that there is no hot water in the shower. After notifying the reception they told me that the water hot onlu during specific hours. Thanks a lot! Summary: Not worth the money for the service and the very low standart hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights, nice facility, clean rooms, linen, washroom, had all the basic amenities, customer service desks are prompt and responsive. complimentary breakfast as part of the room opted could improve- found no plates when we entered the restaurant at 10am, the spread was decent, the omelet counter service was just average, refill of Tea/coffee took time, no tissues refilled on the table when cleaned after a use, service needs improvement. Car parking in the basement, where there is no access by lift or stairway, person will have to walk down the car path to fetch his/her vehicle if one’s not interested to hand over the vehicle to a valet, this could be a deterrent to elderly customers.
