Comfortable seaside vacation home, fully renovated and air-conditioned

  • Ideally located on the peninsula of Giens, facing the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Levant and Port Cros), in the heart of the pine forest of La Capte, 250 meters from the sandy beaches, in a dead end street quiet but close to shops and Provencal markets
    In an area offering many activities on site: water sports, spot famous for kite surfing and board, hiking on the coastal path, cycling on many bike paths
    holiday house, completely renovated in 2014, 4 rooms and nice garden with dining area and rest area / nap
    large kitchen, living room with sofa, bedroom with bed 140, bedroom with bed 140 + 2 bunk beds 90
    all comfort: air conditioning / heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tv, electric hob, microwave, gas grill, grill meat outdoor, internet wi-fi
    easy parking in front of the house
