  • Located in the residence 'La Pinède' Pierre & Vacances, air-conditioned studio cabin for 4 people + private garden. Ground floor with view on garden with closed parking + boat trailer space, feet in the water, and swimming pool. living room with folding 160cm double bed, entrance hall with 2 bunk beds 90cm, bathroom (sink, Italian shower, heated towel rail) with WC, fitted kitchen area (induction hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso, vacuum cleaner, iron). flat screen TV + DVD + Unlimited high speed WIFI Internet access offered. Private garden with table and chairs + 2 multi position armchairs.
    Note 1: The apartment is equipped with video surveillance protection
    Note 2: Bikes, one of which is an electric bike, are available on request
    Note 3: blind + mosquito repellent lamp at your disposal
    Note 4: Sheets and towels are not provided and cleaning is optional, on request before the stay.
    Note 5: Possibility of going out at sea with a small contribution to the costs. (630m motor boat with cabin for two people)
    Note 6: If you arrive by plane or train, you can hire a BMW 330D on site (under certain conditions and only to tenants staying in the residence)

Excellent séjour chez Stéphane.La région est magnifique pour une famille avec enfants.La résidence est optimale pour profiter de la plage, la piscine et le nécessaire pour les courses à pieds (pain...).Le studio est bien optimisé avec une cuisine équipée avec qualité (il manquait peut-être quelques ustensiles, mais sans conséquences pour cuisiner pour une petite famille).Le grill nous a bien aidé pour les repas du soir.Le lit escamotable est bien comfortable et la climatisation est un réel plus durant la sieste.Il y a peu de rangements pour les vêtements et les valises (laissées ds le coffre de la voiture).Sinon Le propriétaire était d'une gentillesse et de très bon conseil pour l'ensemble du séjour et que dire de la très belle balade en bateau !C'est clair, on reviendra!

Un séjour les pieds dans l’eau

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Stephane. Nous avons pu échanger plusieurs fois avec lui avant notre arrivée puis Salim le concierge nous a ensuite parfaitement accueilli sur place. Le logement correspond bien à la description et aux photos, très bien équipé et confortable. La résidence est très calme à ~25m de la piscine ( peu de bruit), ~100m de la plage et des jeux de la résidence. C’est ideal avec de jeunes enfants. L’incontournable reste la clim dans le logement ( très peu d’appartement en sont équipés dans la résidence). Je recommande

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : la résidence est très bien entretenue, le logement est idéalement situé à 2 pas de la piscine et de la mer. Gros avantage est qu'il est climatisé. Juste à noter que la taille du logement est un peu juste avec 2 adolescents. Et un grand merci à Salim et Mr Luong pour leur réactivité et professionnalisme.

Wunderschöne Ferien in Giens!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen gepflegten Wohnanlage nur drei Gehminuten vom wunderschönen Strand La Badine entfernt. Als Familie fühlt man sich hier einfach wohl! Die Kinder können den Pool, Volleyballfeld und Tischtennisplätze nutzen und sich völlig gefahrlos in der Anlage bewegen. Wir fanden auch das viele Grün, die Schirmakazien und die Palmen spitze. Der Gastgeber Stephane ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort um alle Anfragen. Herzlichen Dank hierfür!
